The Silhouette Instalift is the latest innovation in Threadlifts (minimally invasive face lifting procedure utilizing sutures that provide volume enhancement along with elevation of sagging skin) and is designed for patients "between the needle and the knife." It is a nonsurgical alternative to a facelift at a much lower cost. This procedure is performed with suspension sutures in the deepest layer of your skin to enhance the appearance of your face for up to 2 years. Ultherapy is a non-invasive ultrasonic energy treatment that works in the muscle and deep skin layers, stimulating collagen production.
